What→A random stranger throws the ball up and you have to whack the ball.

When→When the ball gets chucked in the air catch it

Why→To see you gets the ball

Who→Ruck man and the umpire

The Clock

→The clock is when the umpire throws the ball up and has to say one of these numbers 3,6,9 and 12

→When the umpire says for example 3’o clock like on a normal clock just turn to where you think the three is

Mark

Chest Mark


First put your arms out and make a eleven
Second put your arms down 
Third put your arm up and catch the ball



Hand Mark

First put your hand out straight
Second put your hand out like a camera and never look out of it
Then catch the ball

Spectacular Mark
First run up in maximum speed
Second Jump up with one knee
Third scoop the ball

Drop Punt

Drop Punt instructions

1. Laces away from faces
2. Crosses up and down
3. Arms and fingers straight down
4. Point your toes where you want it to     go
